FIBROMYALGIA
SYMPTOMS
The range and harshness of Fibromyalgia Symtoms differ from
person to person. The extensive, chronic pain widely
expressed as deep or burning is considered as the common
most Fibromyalgia Symptom. Such pain is more common in the
body, hips and shoulders but is rarely experienced in the
hands or feet. It is noticed that it develops slowly and
hampers the simplest routine activities also. Some more
Fibromyalgia Symptoms that have been found most commonly
occurring besides the pain as stated above are:
• Tiredness that hinders different work including routine
activities
• Problems related to sleeping like difficulty in falling or
staying asleep, waking up with tiredness
• Experiencing stiffness at last for an hour in the morning
• Headaches
• Constipation or diarrhoea linked to irritable bowel
disorders
• Problems related to the memory along with difficulty in
concentrating
• Anxiety or depression
• Influenza like feeling accompanied by bearable to severe
body aches, tiredness and often intestinal related problems
or disorders
• Pains in the joints and muscles typically after physical
or emotional stress, specifically during the nights, while
waking up from sleep or in the morning
• Periodic episodes of milder or no symtoms and often
worsened conditions
• Worsening conditions of pain due to poor sleep, fatigues,
stress or overexertion
• Other common symptoms include: premenstrual disorders and
painful periods
• Chest pains, cognitive or memory mutilation, numbness or
itchy tendency, skin sensitivities, dry eyes and mouth,
dizziness
• Allergies, hormonal fluctuations especially during
premenstrual and menopausal phase.
