ENDOMETRIOSIS SYMPTOMS
Though proper cause of Endometriosis is yet unknown,
it is believed that the endometrial tissues are deposited
in locations by the backing up of menstrual flow into
the fallopian tubes and the pelvic abdominal cavity
during the menstrual cycle.
The Endometriosis Symtoms: Most women having Endometriosis
do not show any symtoms, but those who experience symptoms
include:
• Usual pain in pelvic and infertility
• Pelvic pain normally occurring during or just
before the menstruation and decreases after the
menstruation
• In some case pain or cramping is experienced during
the sexual intercourse or during their bowel movements
and or urination
• Pelvic related medical examination is painful
• Varying pain intensity from month to month, in
some cases progressively worsening of pain is experienced
whereas in some typical cases this pain can resolve
without any treatments
• Mild to severe abdominal pain, diarrhoea and or
constipation, lower back pains
• Irregular to heavy bleeding during every menstrual
cycles
• Blood passing through urine occasionally during
the period
• Rare complaints of chest pains or coughing blood
because of Endometriosis infections in the lungs
area
• Headaches, casual seizures due to Endometriosis
infections in the brain
Endometriosis could be one of the reasons for infertility
in overall healthy couples. Endometrial implants are
often found in some cases when the laparoscopic examinations
are performed for infertility evaluations, most of whom
may not have painful symtoms. Though proper cause of
infertility is yet to be established, the basic reasons
of that could be perhaps due to both anatomic and hormonal
factors.
